This building is located in an easily-accessed area very close to the Salta city center, a rapidly growing area that allows taller building’s that the center’s ordinances.  It is made up of one tower, with a ground floor and nine apartment floors.

            The apartments are 290.51m2 that have large terraces as a main entrance and different service elevators.  Each apartment is allotted three parking spaces and one storage space.  The first floor houses the offices that have independent access from the ground floor. Service entrances, commercial locales, parking spaces, and storage units are also located on the ground floor.

            We are designing eight apartments with open spaces, glass paneling, and open balcony terraces. 

            The tenth floor will house the swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, grill, wooden deck, and gardens.
